However, please note that while the use of our VPN is free, your internet service provider's normal charges will still apply, and SolarVPN is not responsible for these charges.

13.2. Mediation:
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to engage in mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third-party mediator selected by mutual agreement of the parties. The parties will share equally in the cost of mediation, which will be held in Germany, unless another location is mutually agreed upon.
